My 1985 International has a dual filter setup. I read that this is stock from Cummins, one filter is bypass and the other is full flow. Right now it has a NAPA 1970 and a Baldwin B7577 in there. The Baldwin is listed as a bypass filter. Just wondering if anyone can confirm that these two are the correct filters.

10w30.. you are just wasting energy trying to push that thick oil around.. i like the Mobil 1 high mileage oils myself- you can get it in 5 quart jugs at Wal Mart for around $25 and they are still an SL rated oil so they should be better for flat tappets than the newer SM and SN oils, but i don't think i've ever seen any actual tests.
